With the guidance and blessings of Allah Almighty and a steadfast commitment to serving the Muslim people of Afghanistan and my beloved homeland, I am fully dedicated to realizing the vision of “establishing a specialized higher engineering education system that meets the quantitative and qualitative needs of our country's development and progress. My goal is to elevate Kabul Polytechnic University to align with the academic standards of leading universities in the region and worldwide.”
As long as I hold this position, I pledge to harness all available resources and my utmost capabilities with unwavering determination and resolve. I aim to train the skilled personnel our society requires and to nurture the talents of our youth in the fields of industry, construction, and technology, all within an Islamic framework and a spirit of patriotism.
However, I recognize that no human is infallible, except for the divine prophets. Aware of my limitations, I am committed to seeking wise counsel. To achieve the vision outlined above, I will draw on the experiences of my administrative team and the collaboration of the university’s dedicated and specialized academic staff. I am encouraged by the considerable and dependable potential at Kabul Polytechnic University and am confident they will generously share their knowledge and expertise in pursuit of our university’s noble goals and aspirations.
