Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Kabul Polytechnic University and Afghan Elite Educational Consulting Services in order to cooperate in enhancing the capacity of students by implementing programs and courses for students on behalf of the company it was done with this university.

The memorandum was signed by the Chancellor of Kabul Polytechnic University and Engineer Navid Hofiani.
