Introduction of Engineer Ziarmal as the Extraordinary Representative of the Ministry of Higher Education to Kabul Polytechnic University:

The ceremony was attended by Abdul Rashid Iqbal, Chancellor of Kabul Polytechnic University, Mohammad Nasim Nasimi, Vice Chancellor Acadmic Affairs , Khowaja Mohammad Anwar Noori, Finance and Administration Affairs, heads of faculties, professors, staff of the university and a number of members of the  Islamic Emarat Were present

The ceremony began with the Quran, then Mr. Abdul Rashid Iqbal, Chancellor of Kabul Polytechnic University, welcomed the presence of all the participants and welcomed Mr. Ziarmal as the Special Representative of the Ministry of Higher Education.

Subsequently, Mr. Ziarmal congratulated all the people of Afghanistan on the victory of the Islamic Emarat and spoke about the characteristics of the Islamic Emarat  system such as maintaining order and security, maintaining the equipment and property of the offices, preserving material and spiritual capital and how to compete in educational fields for the development of the Islamic Emarat. The world spoke, Paying attention to scientific research, creating a safe environment for students, increasing the capacity of professors,

inviting foreign professors for trainings, establishing curricula, standardizing the educational system, attracting scientific and academic aid from foreign countries, creating an educational environment for the Mojahedin of the Islamic Emarat The heirs of the martyrs who spoke of missing education.

The ceremony ended with prayers for peace and tranquility for the people of Afghanistan through Dr. Abdul Matin Hamid, a member of the Higher Education Commission of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
