A financial committee meeting was conducted at Kabul Polytechnic University

The session commenced with the recitation of verses from the Noble Qur'an.
Respected honorable Maulvi Mohammad Yasin Haqqani, the esteemed Vice President for Finance and Administration at Kabul Polytechnic University, graciously extended a warm welcome to the committee members. He proceeded to delve into a comprehensive discussion regarding the meticulous collection of revenues, meticulous tracking of total expenditures during the first, second, and third quarters, as well as a detailed analysis of the remaining budgetary balance.
Furthermore, esteemed Maulvi Abdul Razzaq Owab, the Procurement, Supply, and Services Officer, presented a comprehensive report on the procurement process, contract fulfillment, and construction-related matters pertaining to the projects under contract.
Continuing the session, discussions and deliberations took place regarding the organization of meetings, the working procedures of the aforementioned committee, prioritization in budget allocation, and other miscellaneous topics. Necessary decisions were made in light of these discussions.
The session concluded with the recitation of a closing prayer.
