This memorandum is to cooperate and provide mutual relations between Kabul Polytechnic University (KPU) to work jointly towards the conduct of UN simulation programs to enhance the capacity of students and the HIELA organization from the adaptation of beneficial programs. It becomes a contract.

According to this memorandum of cooperation, the hope organization organizes the UN simulation program to raise awareness, cohesion and capacity for the students of Kabul Polytechnic University with the advice and ideas of this university and with the presence of scientific figures of the country.
