A meeting was held between the Quality Improvement Directorate and the branch managers of the Financial and Administrative Deputy at KPU

The session commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
This session, led by the respected Molavi Mohammad Yasin Haqani, the Financial and Administrative Deputy of Kabul Polytechnic University, involved the participation of relevant officials and quality improvement managers of the university.
Respected Associate Professor Engineer Zabihullah Heidari, the Quality Improvement Officer of Kabul Polytechnic University, discussed the quality improvement criteria for reviewing actions, collecting documents, and documenting the performance of the university's branches. He provided detailed information on these matters.
In this session, the administrative department officers presented their work reports to the quality improvement managers in a documented format, following the checklist. The respective managers evaluated the reports and work summaries of the officers and took necessary measures to address any issues and challenges.
It is worth mentioning that the respected Molavi Mohammad Yasin Haqani, the Financial and Administrative Deputy of Kabul Polytechnic University, provided necessary guidance and advice to the relevant managers in order to improve the collection of documents and documentation of the eleven quality improvement criteria.
