Contract Award Decision Announcement

By virtue of Article 43, Clause 2 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that Kabul Polytechnic University intends to award a contract for the procurement and provision of laboratory equipment for the Doctoral Program in Fluid Engineering and the Master's Program in Petroleum Engineering at the Geological and Mining Faculty for the year 1402, with Contract Identification Number (MOHE/KPU/116/NCB), to Logistics Services Company, holder of license number 68532, located at Hamidi Plaza Center, Shahre Naw, Kabul, Afghanistan, at a total price of AFN 33,481,661 (Thirty-three million, four hundred and eighty-one thousand, six hundred and sixty-one Afghanis).
Individuals, whether natural or legal persons, who have any objections, can submit their objections in writing, along with the reasons, to the Office of Kabul Polytechnic University located at the Fifth District, Kabul, Afghanistan, within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not imply the conclusion of a contract, but rather indicates that the subsequent legal procedures will be completed within the mentioned timeframe, and the contract will not be executed.
