Complaints Handling Committee Meeting Held at Kabul Polytechnic University's Financial and Administrative Deputy Office, Complaint Boxes Opened

Complaints Handling Committee Meeting Conducted Under the Esteemed Chairmanship of Mr. Molavi Mohammad Yasin Haqani, Financial and Administrative Deputy of Kabul Polytechnic University, with the Participation of Relevant Committee Members at the Financial and Administrative Deputy Office.
Respected committee member and head of the Transportation Infrastructure Department, Mr. Mohammad Nazir Najabi, provided information regarding the previous actions of the aforementioned committee. Subsequently, a discussion and exchange of views were conducted on the said actions.
Following the collection of complaints, the complaint boxes have been returned to the esteemed supervisor, Mr. Molavi Mohammad Yasin Haqqani, Deputy of Finance and Administration at Polytechnic University of Kabul. The gathered complaints have been studied and examined by the designated committee, and appropriate instructions have been provided for the proper handling of the complaints to the relevant authorities.
It is worth noting that the aforementioned reminder boxes have been sealed and locked once again by the designated committee.
