Biography: Associate Professor Dr. Wasiqullah Arabzada

Dr. Wasiq Ullah Arab Zada was born in 1995 in the Behsud district, Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan. He completed his BSc, MSc, and PhD in Electrical Engineering at COMSATS University Islamabad (Attock Campus), Pakistan, in 2018, 2020, and 2024, respectively. Since 2018, he has worked as a research associate in the electric machines design research laboratory. Since December 2022, he has collaborated with Tech Wheemo in Switzerland as an electromagnetic designer and dynamo testing engineer for in-wheel axial motors, and since September 2023, he has served as a consultant with the USPCAS-E at the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Islamabad. Currently, he serves as vice chancellor for research and journals at Kabul Polytechnic University. Dr. Wasiq Ullah Arab Zada also acts as a reviewer for reputable scientific journals, including IEEE, IET, MDPI, ELSEVIER, and IEEE international conference proceedings. His research interests include analytical modeling, design analysis, and optimization of electric machines for electric vehicles and wind turbines.
