Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Prof. Abdul Rashid Iqbal Chancellor of Kabul Polytechnic University and the General Command of the Police Academy Mr. Mohammad Farid Afzali 

First, Prof. Abdul Rashid Iqbal Chancellor of Kabul Polytechnic University welcomed the General Commander of the Police and her entourage and gave a detailed description of the history, equipment, curriculum, laboratories, achievements and activities of the University.

In return, Mohammad Farid the Commander-in-Chief of the Police Academy expressed her gratitude for the hospitality of Kabul Polytechnic University and said that Afghanistan is proud to have a university like Kabul Polytechnic University.

The purpose of signing this Memorandum of Understanding is to establish, develop and strengthen scientific, research and technical cooperation and activities, exchange experiences and facilities in various academic fields between this scientific institution and the Police Academy.

At the same time, the parties called for the necessary cooperation in the field of improving the quality of education to generalize and exchange scientific and research experiences between the parties.
