Kabul Polytechnic University invites all eligible candidates to participate in the bidding process for the procurement of laboratory equipment for the Master's program in Transportation Engineering for the year 2023. Interested parties are required to obtain the relevant tender documents either in electronic format or on a flash drive, and submit their offers in accordance with the conditions outlined in the tender documents, following the procurement law and regulations. Offers must be submitted to the Financial and Administrative Deputy Office, located at 3rd House, 5th Lane, Laili, no later than September 15, 2023, at 10:00 AM. The bid guarantee can be in the form of cash or a bank guarantee, as specified in the tender documents. Late or online bids will not be accepted.
Therefore, companies, government entities, institutions, and interested private entities that meet the requirements are requested to submit their applications to the Procurement and Services Department, Room No. 33, 5th House, Kabul Polytechnic University.
The bid opening session will be held on (Thursday) September 15, 2023, at 10:00 AM (local time) in the office of the Financial and Administrative Deputy for further processing.
