Food Technology Department:

Food Technology Department was established in 2010 in accordance with the necessities of the society for the professionals and engineers of the food technology. Food Technology Department has four years graduates until now.

Food Technology Department has two laboratories of microbiology and food analysis which is equipped by the European Union and the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STUBA). Teachers and members of the department are trained by Slovak University of Technology Professors. Food analysis laboratory is in the process of establishment.

Currently, more than 170 food technology students are studying in different classes. Food Technology students have two practice works during their education, where they practically visit Food industries. Food Technology department has nine teachers who are mostly young and equipped with the modern technology of teaching, research, and writing.
